Cue Up aims to eliminate physical lines for the better. By using Cue Up and “Opting In” to the “Text Message Notification Service”, you accept these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy and waive any right to participate in class actions or any form of lawsuit or court action against Piratie LLC and any affiliated person, organization, trade name, and entity, both private and public.
You authorize Cue Up to send text messages through both automated and non-automated methods to the cell phone number that was provided, either on file, in the database, in the Sign Up Form on both web and mobile platforms, or upon creation of an account. Opting In to receive text messages is completely optional when using our service. If you do not want to Opt In, simply do not provide a phone number when signing up. By Opting In, you confirm that you are the authorized user or owner to the relevant phone number and that you are authorized to Opt In. You also acknowledge and accept full responsibility of any message and data rates that may apply. NOTE: Opting In DOES NOT guarantee that you will receive any text messages from us.
After providing your phone number and Opting In, you may or may not receive text messages from us. These messages may or may not contain confirmation of signing up, links to check your status in Line, any notification of your Line status, or when you have been removed from the Line.
Message and data rates may apply. Unless otherwise noted, Text Message Services send multiple, recurring messages. Cue Up may terminate any Text Message Service or your participation in it at any time with or without notice, including, for example, before you have received any or all messages that you otherwise would have received, but these Terms & Conditions still will apply. After receiving a text message, you can opt out by replying or texting STOP to that number. You can get help by replying or texting HELP to that number. Your opt-out or HELP request may generate a confirmation text.
You may receive other notifications, such as iOS and web push notifications. You can opt out of these at any time by configuring your device or browser settings.
When you sign up for Cue Up, you provide data such as your name, phone number, meeting name, email address, profile photo, and any additional information that you provide. Cue Up uses this information to send notifications to the User and support the functionality of our virtual Line. The Host of the Line will be able to view the profile photo and name of the Attendee that joined their Line. The Attendee will the able to view the Host's name and meeting name. The Host may or may not be able to trigger the Text Message Notification Service for a particular Attendee. You consent that Cue Up may retain or remove any data that you provide at any time, with or without cause. We do not send any data to third party marketers or use it for any other purpose except to operate this service. No method of transmission over the internet, text message, and database or server storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, Cue Up cannot guarantee that your information will be kept secure at all times.
You acknowledge that you may be shown third-party ads by using our platform.
Cookies: We may use web site cookies from Google Analytics or other third-party sites to obtain usage analytics, show you ads, or for any other purpose. By using any of our websites or apps, you consent to cookies. You may disable them at any time via your web browser.
Logging and Analytics: We may log usage and activity data to help troubleshoot any issues or bugs that arise and further improve our service.
Cue Up reserves the right to delete or disable your account at any time with or without notice.
Cue Up offers Tiers that can be purchased for additional features. Cue Up reserves the right to add, remove, and alter Tier features in any way with or without notice. We also reverse the right to upgrade or downgrade your Tier at any time.
Cue Up reserves the right to change the Tier pricing plan, including costs and duration, at any time with or without notice. Visit https://www.cueup.app/pay.html to purchase, update, and cancel your Tier at any time, as well as view invoices and configure payment settings.
By purchasing a Tier, you grant Cue Up permission to automatically charge your provided payment method until you cancel your Tier. If your payment method is declined or you cannot be automatically charged for any reason, your Tier will be automatically canceled.
Cue Up cannot guarantee that Cue Up will be running at all times. We rely cloud services to power our operation, and we are not in control of their functionality. Cue Up reserves the right to remove or change any service at any time with or without notice.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CUE UP OR ITS AFFILIATES OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND NOTWITHSTANDING FAULT, NEGLIGENCE AND THE FAILURE OF THE ESSENTIAL PURPOSE BECAUSE SOME STATES/COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO THE CLIENT.
