This Privacy Policy explains how CueUp ("we," "our," or "us"), a product of KT Enterprise, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and services. CueUp serves both barbershops and beauty salons, and the practices below apply to all users — providers and customers alike. By using CueUp, you agree to the practices described below.
You can opt in to receive SMS notifications from CueUp by ticking an unchecked consent checkbox during account signup in the CueUp mobile app, or at an in-shop kiosk when joining a queue. The checkbox is never pre-checked; you must affirmatively tick it to receive messages. Both opt-in flows display a clear disclosure: that messages are about queue status and appointments, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Once opted in, CueUp sends transactional messages including queue position alerts, appointment confirmations, and 24-hour appointment reminders. Message frequency varies by your activity, typically 1 to 5 messages per visit. CueUp does not send marketing, promotional, or solicitation messages by SMS.
No third-party sharing for marketing. We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the SMS notifications you have opted in to receive, and is shared only with our SMS infrastructure provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering those messages.
How to opt out. Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE) to any CueUp text message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP or INFO for support information. You can also disable SMS in your CueUp account notification preferences. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to continue using the CueUp app. We use Twilio as our SMS provider and are registered under A2P 10DLC. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your information — including your mobile phone number — with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only in the following limited cases:
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time directly from within the CueUp app (Profile → Delete Account) or by contacting support@cueup.app. Some information may be retained for legal or business reasons (e.g. transaction records, dispute resolution).

CueUp is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email when appropriate.
