Delete Your CueUp Account
You can permanently delete your CueUp account and associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)
If you still have the CueUp app installed and can sign in, the in-app option is the fastest way. Your account is deleted immediately after you confirm.
- Open the CueUp app and sign in.
- Go to Profile (or Settings if you are a provider).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Type
DELETE in the confirmation field, enter your password, and tap Permanently Delete My Account.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, cannot sign in, or simply prefer to make the request another way, send us an email and we will process the deletion within 7 business days.

- Your full name as it appears in CueUp
- Confirmation that you want your account permanently deleted

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
What gets deleted
When your deletion request is processed, the following information is permanently removed from CueUp:

What may be retained
For legal, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes, we may retain a limited amount of information after account deletion:
- Transaction and billing records — kept for up to 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations.
- SMS opt-out records — we keep a record of phone numbers that have replied STOP so we do not message them again. This is required by carrier rules.
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics — non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
- Information required to comply with a legal obligation — e.g. records subject to a court order or active investigation.
About your subscription: deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel your subscription first in Settings → Subscriptions on your device, then delete your account. Otherwise you may continue to be billed by Apple or Google.
How long does deletion take?
- In-app deletion: immediate. Your account and data are removed as soon as you confirm.
- Email request: processed within 7 business days of receipt and identity verification.
- Backups: deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being purged on our normal backup rotation. During that window the data is not accessible to staff or restored to the live service except in the case of a disaster recovery event.
